    • Lick the bell!

Sometimes when life getts a little dull, you just gotta go and lick the bell!  We started this late in the winter of 2009 for fun.  Sometimes you gotta break the monotony!

      We licked the bell!

      Oops, I did it again!

      We did it agian…again

      I found another bell!

      Will the madness ever end?

I “licked” a building in Las Vegas

      Denver isn’t safe either

      The Mothman needs a bath!

      I licked Abe’s Leg

Let me know if you have licked the bell (or other similar stuff!)

I am pleased to announce that I have never licked a bell, nor do I plan to. Warren, you and your family are crazy yet loveable. :)

uummm… We don’t lick anything, but we do bark at cows. Really breaks up road trips, and scares my kids friends during carpooling.

          Does that count?

That’s awesome Sally! You bet it counts! I think we may have to try that too!

Just wondering if this is something all Americans aspire to or an homage to How I Met Your Mother?

          cheers,

          Kristeva

Kristeva – I am pretty sure most Americans wouldn’t dream of licking a bell so I suppose it is more an homage to How I met your Mother. I’d love to get Barney and Ted here and we could do a WV bell tour!

We smell just about everything, but usually we don’t lick it. Notice I said, ‘usually’. As for bells, we have a bunch of ones around the house that we’ve collected over the years. Whenever we have company over we wait until they go to the bathroom, then we stand outside the bathroom door with all the bells and ring them until they’re about to come out. It never struck me as particularly weird until I typed it just now.

Um, this is hilarious. I need to find a bell to lick.

HA! I’m so glad I came to your site! I have your feed in my reader, so I don’t always come here. I decided to come over and “catch up” because I was behind in my reading. It’s funny, because I was trying to remember who it was that licked bells! HAHAHAHA!! This is so awesome.
