Last year was the year for ours to find out the sad news. Their cousin spilled the beans no less, grr! I was okay with telling them the truth though. The time was right. Working in the schools, I have seen kids get into fist fights over whether or not Santa, the Easter Bunny, and other traditions are real or not. This is very serious business to them. I hate to see that part of childhood leave Isaac but am eager to see him “play along” for Abigail’s benefit.
